Account Payment

For payment options, please refer to the back of your invoice or choose from a payment method below.

For any payment made over the telephone, Bpay or in person at Australia Post, we will post a receipt within 3 business days. This receipt will be required for you to claim any eligible benefits from Medicare.*

Option 1. Pay First
Make your paymeny using on of the methods described below. Present the account and your receipt to Medicare for reimbusement.*

Option 2. Claim First
Send the top section of the acount to Medicare with a Medicare claim form. Medicare will send you a cheque which you can take to Australia Post or mail to us together with any additional payment and the Payment Advice Slip on your invoice.*

Lodge your claim through Medicare and your private health fund. Medicare and the fund will send you a cheque which you can take to Australia Post or mail to us together with and additional payment and the Payment Advice Slip on your invoice.*
